Both products use the same wildcrafted sea moss and the same three ingredients — sea moss, raw honey, alkaline water. The difference is in the preparation. Golden Elixir is smooth, mild, and neutral — easy to build a morning habit around. Royal Violet is more robust, deeper in colour, stronger in taste, and more concentrated in profile. Same nutritional foundation, different preparation for a different moment of the day. Most people start with Golden and add Royal when they are ready to go further.

Golden Elixir has a very mild, almost neutral flavour with a subtle sweetness from the raw honey. It blends into almost anything without affecting the taste. Royal Violet is earthier and more distinctive — it has a stronger profile that pairs well with warm tea, fruit, or water.

1–2 tablespoons per day. That's the sweet spot for most people. Start with one and build from there if you like. Consistency over quantity — taking one tablespoon every day beats two tablespoons occasionally.

Golden Elixir is best in the morning — stirred into coffee, tea, or water, or blended into a smoothie. Royal Violet is best in the evening, 30–60 minutes before sleep. If you're only using one product, morning is the recommended time for most people.
